Privacy
Draft for review. This is a plain-English summary of our intended approach to privacy while Juntoh is in private beta. It is not yet a final legal document and should be reviewed and completed before public launch. Please tell us anything that is unclear at hello@juntoh.co.uk.
Juntoh is built for people living with chronic, invisible and undiagnosed health conditions. The information you keep in Juntoh can be personal and sensitive, so we treat privacy as a core part of the product, not an afterthought.
Our approach
- You choose what to add. Juntoh only holds what you decide to record.
- Data minimisation. We aim to collect as little as possible to make the app work.
- Your data is yours. You can export and back up what you have recorded.
- No selling your data. We do not sell your personal or health information.
- Sensitive moments stay private. Journal text, distress or crisis moments, and personal health details are never used for advertising.
The beta signup form
If you join the private beta through this website, we collect the details you submit — your name, email address, and anything you optionally choose to tell us about your health journey. We use these only to invite you to the beta and to ask for feedback. The form is handled by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider). We do not add you to any marketing lists.
What Juntoh is not
Juntoh is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It helps you organise and describe your own experience.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, export or delete it. To make a request, email hello@juntoh.co.uk.
