1. What Juntoh is for

Juntoh is a calm space to notice how you feel, keep a journal, track your own patterns and get ready for appointments and conversations.

Anything in Juntoh is for reflection and organisation — it is not medical advice.

2. Asha is a companion, not a doctor

Asha can help you reflect and organise your thoughts, but she is not a doctor, nurse or therapist.

Asha is AI-supported and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation.

Always use your own judgement, and speak to a qualified professional about medical concerns.

3. If something feels urgent

Juntoh is not for emergencies and is not a crisis service.

For medical concerns, speak to a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services — in the UK, call 999, or NHS 111 for urgent advice that is not life-threatening.

If you are struggling to stay safe, you can contact Samaritans on 116 123 or text SHOUT to 85258, and reach out to someone you trust.

4. What Juntoh does not do

Juntoh does not diagnose, treat, monitor or manage any condition.

Juntoh does not detect illness, identify conditions or give clinical guidance.

Doctor summaries and patterns are simply your own information, organised — a healthcare professional decides what to do with them.
