Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
Private by design
Your notes, check-ins and journal stay on your phone. When you message Asha, your message travels over a secure connection so she can reply. Juntoh does not keep a copy. You are always in control. You can export or delete your information anytime.
This Privacy Policy explains, in plain English, how that works and the few limited things Juntoh handles only when you choose to use them.
Juntoh is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in the United Kingdom, with company number [COMPANY NUMBER IF APPLICABLE] and registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS IF APPLICABLE]. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@juntoh.co.uk.
1. Your private notes stay on your device
Juntoh stores your private notes locally on your device.
Juntoh does not keep a central server copy of your journal, check-ins, symptom notes, mood notes, Life Map entries, doctor preparation notes or Asha conversations.
Because this information lives on your device, keeping your phone secure is the best way to keep it private.
2. Messaging Asha
When you message Asha, your message is sent securely to generate a reply.
Juntoh does not keep a copy of that conversation.
Asha replies are generated with the help of a trusted third-party AI service, which processes only the message you send in order to reply.
3. The limited information Juntoh handles
Juntoh only handles information beyond your device when you choose to use a feature that needs it:
- Optional beta usage signal — if you leave it on, Juntoh sends an anonymous signal about which screens are used and whether a feature worked, to help fix bugs. It never includes your notes, check-in answers or anything identifying, and you can turn it off any time in Me › Privacy & Support.
- If you contact us or send beta feedback — we receive what you choose to send (such as your name, email and message) so we can reply.
- Optional reminders — if you turn on notifications, your device registers to receive them, and you can turn this off any time.
That is the extent of it. Juntoh does not build a central profile of your health from your notes.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your health-related information for advertising.
We do not share your private notes — they are on your device, not ours.
5. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the limited information described above, including secure connections.
No app or online service can guarantee complete security.
Because your notes are stored on your device, you are responsible for protecting access to your device.
6. Children
Juntoh is not intended for children under 18. Users must be 18 or over to use Juntoh.
7. Your control — export and delete
You are always in control. You can export or delete your information anytime. See Your Data, Export and Deletion for how to export a copy of your information or delete your local Juntoh data.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make important changes, we will take reasonable steps to let users know.
